This site is owned and managed by Fiona Young-Brown. A Maid of Kent by birth, she has since traveled widely, spending extended periods of time in Asia and the United States. She is the author of multiple books, on topics ranging from food history to space science, and has written for multiple magazines. Now, she is rediscovering the cultural wealth of the British Isles.
